In the main hall, one wall features a space for announcements. The piece of parchment tacked up has the title "Monthly Contest." You walk over to read more closely.

Each month will feature a different contest. It may be drawing-based or writing-based (maybe even RP-based!). Depending on interest and number of entries, Monthly Contests may span more than just one month.
