My first day aboard the "Bloodwakes Revenge" was difficult. For unlike my cousin, Devilclaw, it was my first time on a ship. So my uncle Bloodtooth, captain of the "Bloodwakes Revenge", showed me his vessel bow to stern. Bloodwakes Revenge is an odd name, it was named after the ship ran by Ripfang one of the first corsairs. Anyway my uncle showed me where I slept with my cousin. Then he showed me what my cousin and I do. Whip the backs of the galley slaves. I liked listening to there screams(heh heh). The next few days were just the same. On the fourteenth day however... The day started out like anyother day ate some skilly n' duff, then I and Devilclaw would go down to the galley to whip the slaves. All the slaves rowed the oars. Except for one defiant vole. So I walks over and starts whippen him. but he wont' row 'is oar. " Start rowin!" I then whipped him. Still notin'. I then pull out me cutlass he grabs one of his chains above his head to strike me but my cousin whips him in the eye and I stab 'im in 'is throat. He gave a gurgle and toppled over. "Whats goin' on down there!?" A rat yelled. "Dead galley slave!" "Get ready, we're hittin' land in a few moments. On the island there was a small village of shrews. There were three log boats with shrews flinging slingstones two went back to shore but the other one was destroyed when the "Bloodwakes Revenge"'s bow went through the logboat. When we hit shore we were greeted by several mad shrews. But, with our better weapons we destroyed the village like a storm did a butterfly. We then left for other waters. End of part one.
