Silvren Sundark
Abdel Sundark

I moaned, the pain in my head amazing. It burned like fire. I was washed up on the sea shore. I groaned again and dragged myself up. I looke at my fur color. Jet Black, I was a fox to I was sure of that. As sure as my name was...was what? I didn't remember my own name. I must've been hit on the head or something. "Well now." A snide voice replied. "Lookit wot we 'ave ere, boss." I look up to see a short weasel sniggering at me, he arries a long dagger ad I am certain he brings me harm. I look around and see about two score of vermin around me. Instinctivly I reach down to my hip to grab...my what? There is nothing there. My eyes grow cold and I back away fromm the weasel, showing my fangs in a snarl. "Back off or you'll wind up dead." A tall rat who seems to be the leader walks towards me. "Oh? Big talk for an unarmed fox who looks half dead." I smile now. "I'm still half alve, dirt brain." The rar glares at me and raps orders to the short weasel. "Trittig kill this ere fox for me will ya." The weasel walks forward. He raises his dagger and before I know it I am moving. I move in a blur and before I know it I'm behind the weasel, my paws reaching out, snapping his neck. He falls lifeless and I grab his dagger. tHe vermin are shocked for a moment as I leap into them, the daggerin my paw acting on its own will as vermin collapse dead or wounded from my blade, soon nmbers start to tell. A skinny ferret's blade slashes my arm, I am stunned for a moment before five vermin grab me. The tall rat circles angrily, raising a cutlass. "Hold him still I say. Lemme get a stab in. I'll show-" He stops talking. His mouth convulses and he drops to the ground. Behind him is a tall black fox, wearing a black cloak. His green eyes are flled with contempt and a paw with a golden gauntlett runs from paw to elbow with the insignia of a black sun cutches a dripping sword which he levels at the vermin holding me. He talks in a calm voice. "Let him go." They obey with startling speed. The fox nods. "Good. Now move yourselves or I will kill you. Go." The vermin don't need to be told twice and they leave even thoguh they still number about thirty. The tall fox wipes his blade on the rat and gives me a cold look. "Who are you, young fox?" I search my memory ad something perhaps a name returns. "Silvren." I feel myself grow dizzy before I collapse in a heap. "Sir was it wise to bring this creature back with you?" "I saw him during the battle, Mina. He made de with a single dagger and slew ten before they brought him down. I wouldn't have saved him if I thought he was weak." I am opening my eyes and gazing around. I look at the face of the fox who saved me. I am in a room with several other creatures, a mouse, an otter and a ferret and also a silver female fox. I groan in pain and start to move. The tall black fox shakes his head. "Lie still, young fox. Let Mina treat your wounds shes the best healer I've ever laid eyes upon. Lay still." Even though I am in pure agaony I am still able to ask as the silver female patches my wounds. "Thank you for the help sir. But who are you." He replies with two words. "Abdel Sundark." Sundark! My eyes widen quickly. "You recognize my name, yougn one?" I remember using that very name once or twice . I had no idea where it came from. "N-no I haven't sir." Abdel looks at me again. "Just Abdel please. You mgiht have though I am keader of this army and uniter of the northlands in a non vermin army." I nod slowly trying to tke this all in. "You mentioned a Rellis Redwave while you slept I must asssume that is a name." I nod. "I can't remember who he is, sir." Abdel nods. "Amnesia. Your memory may return in time. Now you have a choice, Silvren." "What is it, sir." He says softly. "You may go aloong your own way or accompany a smile pprtion of my army with me. To continue unification the Northlands. And...also to aid me against a foe I feel may return to me soon." I nod. "Who is this?" Abdel simply says. "A searat named King Tratton." I nod again my mind is made up. Nodding isthe only movement i can make though. "It would be my pleasure to accompany you sir." Abdel almost smiles. "Good, Silvren I am placing you in Mina's group. You will be uniformed, and armed. I hope you are ready to travel." I nod again I am smiling with happiness. "Thank you, sir. I honored."
